Returns Policy
In accordance with on-line and distance selling rules, you are entitled to return goods.

Returns due to faulty manufacture or transit damage for,replacement.

In the unlikely event that you should need to return an ordered item, please notify us by email: info@triggerhandbrakes.com, within 7 days of receiving the goods. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery at your expense. Returned items must be sent back in unused condition and in the original packaging, with the original receipt. Please ensure that they are securely packaged, as we can not be responsible for damaged items. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please indicate that you would like a replacement and return the item to Richard Oakes at 1 Chinerton Way, Rosudgeon, Penzance, Cornwall, TR20 9PS Uk. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement item. This will depend on the condition of the product.
If approved, your replacement will be despatched to you as soon as possible and your return shipping costs will be refunded.

Returns due to change of mind, for refund.

Should you wish to return an ordered item, please notify us by email: info@triggerhandbrakes.com, within 7 days of receiving the goods. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery at your expense. Returned items must be sent back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, with the original receipt. Please ensure that they are securely packaged, as we can not be responsible for damaged items. We strongly recommend that you use ‘signed-for’ and trackable post, as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

TR20 9PS, UK   Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. This will depend on the condition of our product.
If approved, your refund will automatically paid via the original method of payment, usually within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
